• Providing mortgage and protection advice to customers
\n
• Building relationships with clients to generate repeat and referral business
\n
• Working closely with estate agency colleagues to maximise warm leads
\n
• Identifying new business opportunities and proactively generating referrals
\n
• Accessing whole-of-market mortgage products to find the best solutions
\n
• Managing customer cases from enquiry through to completion
\n
• Maintaining FCA compliance and delivering excellent customer service
\n
