\nDescription
\nAs a Finance Officer, duties will include but are not limited to:

- Manage day-to-day purchase ledger activities, ensuring invoices are processed accurately and payments are made on time. \n
- Carry out account reconciliations, journal postings, accruals and prepayments to support month-end financial processes. \n
- Maintain accurate financial records across expenditure, utilities, property costs and other operational finance areas. \n
- Monitor budgets and expenditure, investigating variances and assisting with financial reporting and forecasting. \n
- Liaise with suppliers, utility providers and internal departments to resolve queries and ensure accurate financial information. \n
- Support the continuous improvement of finance processes, ensuring compliance with internal controls and efficient financial administration \n
Profile
\nA successful Finance Officer should have:

- A background in accounting or finance, with relevant qualifications. \n
- Excellent attention to detail \n
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office applications. \n
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. \n
