The commercial property work is currently led by one of the founding partners, who needs your support.Responsibilities:

• Handle a varied commercial property caseload (including elements of agricultural property where required)
\n
• Support an existing partner who is currently managing the majority of commercial property work
\n
• Maintain high standards of client care, including being accessible for face-to-face client meetings
\n
• Contribute to business development activities where appropriate (working alongside others with strong local networks)
\n

Salary and benefits

• Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
\n
• Mainly office-based working model (rather than hybrid), supporting strong client accessibility
\n
• No glass ceiling to progress to partnership and beyond
\n
