- Manage daily productivity of the bodyshop ensuring efficient workflow \n
- Liaise closely with the Centre Manager and team to optimise processes \n
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand vehicle repair requirements \n
- Monitor workshop performance to meet key performance indicators \n
- Plan and assign work utilizing team members’ skills \n
- Identify training needs and support team development \n
- Oversee vehicle progress liaising between workshop and reception \n
- Maintain workshop standards in accordance with HSO and industry standards \n
- Ensure quality control and adherence to health and safety regulations \n

- Proven experience managing or assisting in an automotive accident repair workshop \n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills \n
- Results-oriented with problem-solving and decision-making capabilities \n
- Focus on quality, reliability, and customer service \n
- IT literacy with the ability to adapt to new systems \n
- UK Driving Licence with minimal points \n
- Reside within a reasonable commuting distance to Bristol \n
