MET/Mechanic

HRGO are supporting our client, who are the one of the largest Bodyshop's in the UK, due to growth and expansion are seeking an experience MET Fitter/Mechanic to join them in UB2.

This role would suit someone who is passionate about their job, enjoys being part of a close-knot team. Likes to stretch their skills and handle some of the most innovate vehicles ever made, energetic, highly organised and smart working with a real passion for delivering great quality repairs.

Min 3 years' experience - ATA/IMI/NVQ/VCQ

Monday to Friday 45 hours per week. £55,000 - £58,000 (OTE around £68,000 - £72,000)

MET/Mechanic:

• Competently dismantle and reassemble damaged vehicles to an exceptionally high standard.
\n
• Strip and fitment of all mechanical, electrical and trim components.
\n
• Mechanical repairs - Aircon, Radiators, Suspension, Heavy Mechanical, Diagnostic Pre & Post sweeps.
\n
• Working on a wide range of vehicles mixed makes and modules of cars, vans, HGV, Prestige Vehicles, Classic Cars etc.
\n
• Perform Road Test.
\n
• BS1015 accreditation
\n
• Photograph and record each stage of the repair process.
