  Premium Pay Rates:

    HCAs & Support Workers: From £19.62/hr (PAYE) | £23.00/hr (Umbrella)

    Senior Roles: From £21.50/hr (PAYE) | £25.00/hr (Umbrella)

  Free Accommodation: Shared accommodation is fully provided for the entire duration of your placement-zero rent stress!

  Travel Costs Covered: Pack your bags! Your ferry bookings to and from the islands will be fully reimbursed by Randstad.

  Flexible Contract Lengths: Placements start at a minimum commitment of 12 weeks, with many extending up to 6 months.

  True Work-Life Balance: If you choose to extend past your initial 12 weeks, you are eligible to take up to 2 weeks of holiday to explore the breathtaking islands or head back home.

To land one of these premium roles, you will need:

Experience: Proven, relevant experience in a care or support setting.

Compliance: Up-to-date mandatory training and necessary Right to Work documentation (plus PVG scheme membership, or a willingness to obtain it).

Adaptability: A passionate, reliable attitude and a readiness to embed yourself into welcoming island communities.
