Senior CRO Developer

Location: London, Hybrid (2-3 days per week in office)Salary: Up to £60,000Sponsorship: Not available

Digital optimisation agency specialising in analytics, SEO and experimentation is looking for a Senior CRO Developer to join their growing team.

This is a key role within a fast-paced CRO function, building and deploying A/B tests across a range of client websites.

Role overview:

  Build and deploy A/B and multivariate tests for multiple clients

\n
• \n

  Work closely with CRO and optimisation teams on experimentation delivery

\n
• \n

  Support ongoing optimisation of conversion performance across client accounts

\n
• \n

  Occasionally client-facing to support technical delivery discussions

\n
• \n

  Work as part of a small CRO development team, taking ownership of builds

\n

Key requirements:

\n
• \n

  Strong experience in CRO / experimentation development (agency experience preferred)

\n
• \n

  Hands-on experience with tools such as Optimizely, VWO or similar

\n
• \n

  Comfortable working in a high-output environment (c. 20 tests per month expectation)

\n
• \n

  Strong technical understanding of web development and testing frameworks

\n
• \n

  Ability to work independently and manage workload across multiple clients

\n
