Customer Service Administrator
Job Description
We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly respected business looking to add a Customer Service Administrator to their friendly and supportive team in Desborough.
\nThis is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships with customers, takes pride in delivering a first-class service and is looking to develop within a successful business that genuinely invests in its people. Full training will be provided, making this a fantastic opportunity for someone with customer service, administration or sales support experience.
\nThe Role
\nAs a key member of the customer service team, you'll be responsible for ensuring customers receive a professional and efficient experience from enquiry through to order completion.
\nYour responsibilities will include:

- Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via telephone and email \n
- Preparing quotations and processing customer orders accurately \n
- Resolving customer queries and providing timely updates \n
- Working closely with internal departments including Sales, Finance and Marketing \n
- Building strong relationships with customers while delivering an outstanding level of service \n
- Supporting the wider team with a variety of administrative tasks \n
About You
\nWe're looking for someone who enjoys working with people and takes a proactive approach to delivering excellent customer service. Previous experience within customer service, administration or sales support would be beneficial; however, we're also keen to hear from recent graduates who can demonstrate excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and a genuine desire to build a long-term career.
\nIdeally you'll have:

- Previous experience within customer service, administration or sales support \n
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal \n
- Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail \n
- The ability to prioritise a busy workload \n
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office \n
- A positive, professional and team-focused attitude \n
Experience with ERP, CRM or stock management systems would be beneficial but isn't essential, as full training will be provided.
