Job Description
Location: Abingdon, Oxfordshire (with occasional London showroom exposure)
\nSalary: £30,000 - £35,000 (DOE)
\nHours: Monday to Friday 08:00am-5:00pm (1 hour lunch)
\nHolidays: 26 days + Bank holidays

\nIf this sounds like you, a high-growth international furniture specialist is looking for a Sales Facilitator/Support Exec to join their expanding UK team.

\n What’s the role about?\nYou’ll sit at the centre of sales and operations, ensuring every enquiry and order runs smoothly from quote to delivery. You’ll:

- Manage the full order lifecycle - from initial enquiry through to installation \n
- Translate floor plans into accurate, commercially competitive quotations \n
- Work closely with sales, logistics, and international teams \n
- Track orders and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on track \n
- Support both repeat contract clients and bespoke project opportunities \n

- Prepare and manage quotations and sales orders using internal systems (e.g. NetSuite) \n
- Coordinate orders from enquiry through to delivery and installation \n
- Monitor timelines and proactively manage order progress \n
- Act as a key point of contact for customer queries and updates \n
- Support sales teams with pricing, product specifications, and availability \n
- Resolve delivery issues and discrepancies quickly and professionally \n
- Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders \n
Requirements
About You\nYou’re someone who:
\n- \n
- Has experience in a sales support, sales facilitator, or customer-facing admin role \n
- Brings B2B experience, ideally within furniture, interiors, or fit-out sectors \n
- Is highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities \n
- Enjoys working with data, systems, and reporting tools (NetSuite experience is a bonus) \n
- Has strong commercial awareness - you understand how your work drives sales \n
- Is proactive, self-motivated, and confident working independently \n
- Communicates clearly and builds strong relationships with ease \n
