Financial Accountant

Financial Accountant | North Wales | £50,000 - £60,000

An opportunity to join a growing business, a respected local brand and major player in their sector. This role has been created to work closely with the Group Financial Controller in order to redesign/reshape the Group’s reporting function.

An ideal move for a recently Qualified ACA/ACCA Auditor or Financial Accountant, you will have broad set of responsibilities which will develop further over time.

Main duties will consist of;

• Preparation of consolidated accounts multiple trading entities
\n
• Management of fixed asset register
\n
• Ownership of groups balance sheet
\n
• Oversee month end close & journal postings
\n
• Main point of contact for external auditors
\n
• Improve current procedures
\n
• Management accounts production alongside the Finance Manager
\n
• Provide sound advice to the CFO and MD
\n
• Develop a strong reporting timetable
\n

Candidate profile

\n
• Ideally suited to an Audit trained ACA/ACCA looking to move into industry
\n
• Strong technical background
\n
• High level of attention to detail
\n
• Comfortable being flexible and adapting to new requirements when they are presented
\n
