  • Deliver small-scale policy projects from scoping through to final output, managing competing priorities

  • Contribute to organisational responses to consultations, public inquiries, and policy developments

  • Strong experience in a policy environment, ideally within government, health, or a related sector

  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop evidence-based recommendations

  • Proven ability to produce high-quality written outputs for senior audiences at pace

  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement, influencing, and managing competing priorities

  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment
