The Role You will manage a varied caseload of public law childcare matters, including:\n

• Care proceedings
\n
• Supervision Orders
\n
• Emergency Protection Orders
\n
• Special Guardianship Orders
\n
• Adoption matters
\n
• Child protection issues
\n
• Advocacy at hearings (where appropriate)
\n
• Working closely with clients, guardians, local authorities and Counsel
\n

About You We're keen to speak with qualified Solicitors who have:\n

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
\n
• Experience handling public childcare matters
\n
• Strong advocacy and client care skills
\n
• Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
\n
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
\n
• Children's Panel Accreditation is advantageous but not essential
\n
