NJR Recruitment is delighted to be working with a highly regarded wealth management firm who are looking to recruit an experienced Paraplanner to join their growing technical support team based in Redcar.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong financial planning professional who enjoys report writing, research and supporting advisers with complex client requirements within a collaborative and professional environment.

The successful candidate will work closely with Advisers, Client Relationship Managers and Compliance teams to provide high-quality paraplanning support across pensions, investments, protection and wealth management planning.

The Role

\n
• Provide technical support to Wealth Management Consultants and Senior Advisers
\n
• Prepare and review suitability reports, recommendation letters and client documentation
\n
• Conduct detailed research and analysis across pensions, investments and protection products
\n
• Assist with cash flow modelling and tax-efficient planning strategies
\n
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information and records
\n
• Ensure all work is completed in line with FCA and compliance standards
\n

About You

\n
• Level 4 Diploma / Certification in Financial Planning or Paraplanning
\n
• Previous experience within a Paraplanner role
\n
• Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments and protection
\n
• Experience writing suitability reports and conducting financial planning research
\n
• Excellent analytical and attention-to-detail skills
\n
• Strong communication and organisational abilities
\n
• Ability to work collaboratively within a professional advice environment
\n
