A leading Legal 500-ranked law firm is seeking an ambitious and technically strong Senior Associate Commercial Litigation Solicitor (5+ years’ PQE) to join its highly regarded Dispute Resolution team based in Gerrards Cross.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced commercial litigator looking to take on high-quality, complex work within a collaborative and forward-thinking team, with clear progression prospects and direct exposure to senior partners and key clients.

The Role

You will manage a varied and challenging caseload of high-value and complex disputes for a broad client base including owner-managed businesses, SMEs, corporates, directors, shareholders and high-net-worth individuals.

Your work will include:

• Complex commercial contract disputes
\n
• Shareholder, partnership and wider corporate disputes
\n
• Injunctions and other urgent applications
\n
• Cross-border and multi-jurisdictional disputes
\n
• Insolvency-related litigation
\n
• Regulatory and compliance disputes
\n
• Strategic dispute avoidance and risk management advice
\n

You will also play an active role in business development, client relationship management and mentoring junior team members.

About You

You will be:

\n
• A qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 5+ years’ PQE in commercial litigation
\n
• Experienced in managing complex, high-value disputes independently
\n
• Technically excellent with strong drafting and analytical skills
\n
• Commercially minded with exceptional client-handling abilities
\n
• A collaborative team player with leadership potential
\n
• Ambitious and motivated to progress within a respected Legal 500 practice
\n

Experience of urgent injunctive work, cross-border matters and insolvency disputes would be advantageous.
