Job Description
We have an opportunity for a well organised, dynamic Administrator to join our friendly team at our Fitzwilliam House Care Home in Cottenham Cambridge, Your dedication, reliability and support will make a difference to the smooth running of the home every day.

\n£15.06 per hour to £15.61 per Hour depending on experience
\n30 hours per week
\nMonday to Friday, 8.30am to 3.00pm
\nAbout the role:
\nTo implement and maintain effective administration systems.
\nTo provide administrative support including Petty Cash, Banking, Invoices and Ordering.
\nProcessing Timesheets to ensure that team members are paid correctly and in a timely manner
\nSupporting at meetings, taking minutes and notes as required.
\nAssist the Home Manager in daily, weekly reporting as required for the Senior Management Team and other stakeholders.
\nAssisting the Home Manager to ensure that people moving into the care home have a timely, empathic and welcoming admission.
\nSupporting with discharge reporting and documentation when people leave the home.
\nAnswering the telephone and welcoming visitors
\nTo support with the administration of recruitment, training, and supervision for team members.
\nRecord and report staff absence/sickness.
\nTo maintain and implement the organisations administrative policies and procedures
\nTo attend team meetings and training for self development as required for the role

\nWhat we are looking for from you:
\nIntermediate IT skills including the use of Word, Excel, and Outlook
\nExperience of Minute Taking would be beneficial
\nExcellent customer facing skills
\nExperience working in a varied, fast paced environment
\nAccurate and concise verbal and written skills
\nEligibility to work in the UK
\nGCSE’s in English and Maths or equivalent
