Housing Needs Team Manager needed in North London Paying £205.63 per day ref OR106334

Full time hours on a temporary basis

• Lead and manage a Housing Needs team, ensuring excellent customer service and high-quality case management.
\n
• Oversee homelessness prevention, relief and assessment activity in line with current housing legislation and best practice.
\n
• Monitor team performance, ensuring targets, service standards and statutory responsibilities are met.
\n
• Manage complex housing cases, complaints and escalations.
\n
• Work collaboratively with external partners, landlords, support providers and voluntary organisations to achieve positive outcomes for customers.
\n
• Support the delivery of services relating to the Renters Rights Act and associated enforcement responsibilities.
\n
• Develop team capability through coaching, supervision and performance management.
\n
• Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of housing services.
\n
