Business Support Administrator (Rural Team)
\nCornwall | 12-month FTC | Full-time 35 hrs pw | ~£30,000
\nAbout the Role
\nMy client is looking for an organised and proactive Business Support Administrator to join a collaborative rural team within a purpose-driven organisation. This is a varied role where you’ll play a key part in keeping operations running smoothly, supporting property and land management activities, and working closely with colleagues across multiple departments.
\nIf you enjoy a mix of office-based admin and occasional site visits, and you take pride in being the person who keeps everything on track—this could be a great fit.
\nWhat You’ll Be Doing

- Providing day-to-day administrative support including diary management, meetings, travel, and document preparation \n
- Managing records and maintaining organised digital filing systems (including SharePoint) \n
- Supporting property and tenancy administration, including lease and rent review tracking \n
- Assisting with property visits, inspections, and liaising with tenants, agents, and contractors \n
- Coordinating paperwork for tenancy changes, property updates, and vacant properties \n
- Supporting events, meetings, and office visitors \n
- Helping manage invoices and liaising with finance teams \n
- Acting as a first point of contact for calls and general enquiries \n
- Providing wider office support when needed \n
What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience in an administrative or support role \n
- Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail \n
- Confident user of Microsoft Office (knowledge of SharePoint/Office 365 is a bonus) \n
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, approachable manner \n
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently \n
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong working relationships \n
- Willingness to travel locally as part of the role \n
- Property or estate experience is helpful but not essential \n
