Job Description
Our client is a leading regional accountancy practice supporting owner-managed businesses, SMEs and entrepreneurial clients across a broad range of sectors. The firm offers a collaborative working environment, an established client base and genuine long term stability. This is a non audit management role within the accounts and business services team. You will manage your own portfolio of clients whilst overseeing the delivery of accounts, compliance and advisory services. Key Responsibilities\n

- Manage a portfolio of owner-managed business and SME clients. \n
- Review statutory accounts and management accounts. \n
- Oversee VAT returns, bookkeeping and outsourced finance services. \n
- Prepare and review budgets, forecasts and cash flow reports. \n
- Provide practical accounting and business advice to clients. \n
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships. \n
- Review the work of junior and part-qualified staff. \n
- Support the training and development of the wider team. \n
- Monitor workflow, deadlines and work in progress. \n
- Assist directors with advisory assignments and portfolio management. \n
- \n
- ACA or ACCA qualified or qualified by experience. \n
- Several years' experience within a UK accountancy practice. \n
- Strong background in accounts preparation and client portfolio management. \n
- Previous experience reviewing and supervising staff. \n
- Confident advising owner-managed businesses. \n
- Good knowledge of cloud accounting software. \n
- Strong communication and organisational skills. \n
- Ideally based in Doncaster or within commuting distance. \n

- Salary £50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience. \n
