WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE/ Bendi FLT operator -- PERMANENT.Coleshill, B46.Job descriptionWe are recruiting reliable, experienced hard-working warehouse operatives/ Bendi FLT operators for our aerospace customer in Coleshill, Birmingham, B46.This is a permanent position via Rapier Employment. This company is a market-leading adhesive, sealant and lubricant distributor withing the aerospace industry.Requirements:\n

- Fluent in English (reading/writing/speaking/understanding). \n
- Minimum 2yrs recent warehouse operative experience. \n
- Previous experience in data entry. \n
- Excellent attention to detail. \n
- A strong stable work history. \n
- Physically fit (manual handling products) \n
- Looking to grow within the company. \n
- Willing to learn and take on extra responsibilities. \n
- Bendi licence (Desired). \n
- You must be able to travel to the Coleshill area for 08:30 am, Monday to Friday (own transport preferred). \n

- This would increase with the more skills you pick up as you progress. (will explain during interview) \n
- Regular overtime available. \n
- \n
- Monday-Friday. \n
- 08:30-17:30 (11:30 finish every other Friday). \n
- 2x 15 minute break. \n
- 1x 30 minute lunch break . \n
- 37.5 hours paid. \n
- \n
- Working in a modern, clean and well-lit environment. \n
- The initial element of the role of warehouse operative will cover picking, packing, put-away & finalising – once trained in this element we may look to train in other areas such as Exports and Good's in. \n
- As a warehouse operative you will be expected to lift items of various weights up to 15kg. Using a order-picking scanning gun, you will need to have a good level of numeracy and literacy as you will be expected to locate various items using a numbered system. \n
- If you have an external Bendi FLT licence, then this would be an advantage however, the majority of the work will be manual. \n
