\nBrierley J is currently retained to recruit for a proactive Property Maintenance Coordinator on behalf of a client who has a diverse and unique estate portfolio.
\nOver the years, the estate has evolved from a traditional rural estate into a diverse property, land and business enterprise, with a strong commitment to its local community, conservation and long-term sustainability.
\nThis opportunity plays a key role in maintaining and improving a wide range of properties, including historic buildings, commercial premises, industrial units, agricultural buildings and estate infrastructure.
\nThis is a fantastic opportunity to join one of Northumberland's leading landed estates in a varied role that combines project coordination, contractor management and property compliance.
\nWhat you'll be doing:

- Coordinating and delivering planned and reactive property maintenance \n
- Managing contractors and overseeing small refurbishment projects \n
- Inspecting properties and developing preventative maintenance programmes \n
- Supporting property compliance, maintenance records and tenant matters \n
About you:
\n- \n
- Experience in property, facilities or estate maintenance \n
- Excellent people skills with a solution focused attitude \n
- Experience managing contractors or maintenance teams \n
- Organised, proactive and able to work independently \n
- Basic IT skills including Microsoft Office \n
- Full UK driving licence \n
