Salary: £28,000 - £34,000

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award-winning RIBA chartered practice who provide expert services to the commercial, residential, residential, and healthcare sectors. They are on the lookout for an Experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their Stockport studio.

Duties for the role of Experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant include:

• Help deliver on a range of high-profile projects from inception through to completion
\n
• Prepare and develop planning scheme to detailed construction drawings
\n
• Produce technical specifications, tender, and working drawing packages
\n
• Ensure high quality delivery of producing drawings
\n

Skills and experience for the role of Experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant:

\n
• Successfully completed your RIBA Part 2 qualification
\n
• Relevant post qualification experience as a Part 2 Architectural Assistant within a UK practice
\n
• Proficiency with Revit
\n
• Experience working on projects across a range of sectors
\n
• Excellent technical and drawing skills
\n
• Strong attention to detail
\n
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
\n
• Live within a commutable distance to the Stockport area
\n
