\n Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 8:00 - 17:30\n

\n We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Yard Operative to join our client's busy depot in Bridgend. This is a temporary position with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate.\n
\n

\n
\n Role Responsibilities:\n
\n

\n
• Assisting with the organisation and upkeep of the yard
\n
• Cleaning, preparing, and moving machinery and equipment
\n
• Supporting engineers and drivers with loading/unloading
\n
• Ensuring health & safety standards are met at all times
\n

\n
\n
\n About You:\n
\n

\n
• Previous experience in a similar yard, labouring, or operative role is desirable
\n
• A proactive, hands-on approach with good attention to detail
\n
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
\n
• Flexibility to assist where needed across the depot
\n
