Pay Rate: £17.54 per hour\n
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday\n
Assignment length: Temporary assignment until 31 March 2027\n

\nWe are currently recruiting for a Reporting & Planning Officer to join a leading public sector organisation based in Cardiff.\n
\nThis is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and supportive team, helping to coordinate reporting activities and contribute to planning and performance processes across the organisation.\n
\n
\nThis role offers hybrid working; however, candidates must be within a commutable distance of Cardiff as office attendance will be required on designated days.\n
\n
Key Responsibilities\n
\n
\n• Supporting the Planning and Performance team with a range of reporting and planning activities\n
\n
\n• Assisting with the preparation and coordination of reports, presentations, and business documents\n
\n
\n• Gathering, collating, and organising information from various departments\n
\n
\n• Ensuring documents and reports are accurate, consistent, and produced to a high standard\n
\n
\n• Using Excel and PowerPoint to create and maintain professional outputs\n
\n
\n• Supporting the delivery of planning and performance reporting within agreed timescales\n
\n
\n• Working closely with colleagues and stakeholders across the organisation\n
\n
About You\n

\nThe successful candidate will be organised, detail focused, and confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels.\n
\n
\nYou will ideally have:\n
\n
\n• Excellent written and verbal communication skills\n
\n
\n• Strong organisational and administrative abilities\n
\n
\n• Experience using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint\n
\n
\n• The ability to analyse, organise, and present information clearly\n
\n
\n• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail\n
\n
\n• The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines\n
\n
