\n Pertemps are currently recruiting for an experienced Forklift Driver to join a busy and well-established logistics operation in Gloucester. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual looking for long-term employment, with the potential to secure a permanent position following a successful temporary period.\n

\n Working as part of a fast-paced warehouse team, you will play a key role in the safe movement of goods while helping to maintain efficient warehouse operations.\n
\n
Key Responsibilities\n
\n

\n
• Operating a Counterbalance or Reach Forklift Truck
\n
• Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently
\n
• Moving stock throughout the warehouse and yard
\n
• Supporting inbound and outbound logistics operations
\n
• Carrying out routine equipment checks and reporting defects
\n
• Maintaining high standards of health and safety
\n
• Assisting with general warehouse duties when required
\n
• Working closely with supervisors and warehouse colleagues

Requirements\n
\n

\n
• Valid and in date Counterbalance or Reach Forklift licence
\n
• Previous forklift experience within a warehouse or logistics environment
\n
• Ability to work a permanent night shift pattern
\n
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
\n
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
\n
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
