Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer required in Bromley My client are a highly reputable maintenance contractor who are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join there growing team. Responsible for reactive maintenance work for various clients. Carrying out quoted repair or quotes raised from reactive work. Duties: )81; Undertake repair and maintenance of the building fabric and services as required. )81; Manage and undertake improvement projects as required. )81; Working with production teams around PPM and breakdowns. Undertake planned maintenance as required and directed. )81; Supply Services estimating team with quote information requests by deadlines required. )81; Completing all work in a safe manner )81; Strong communication skills both written and verbal. )81; Effective computerised PPM planning skills )81; Must be flexible and able to work to tight deadlines. )81; Personable, confident, and able to work alone without supervision. )81; Must be proactive in seeking out potential problems.
