\nA leading FMCG manufacturing company has a requirement for an Engineering Team Leader to join their friendly team.\n
\nThis role involves provision of engineering support, maintaining adequate cover, and ensuring all plant / machinery is kept in working order. You will be leading a proactive, experienced engineering team in the provision of both planned and reactive maintenance engineering activities.\n
\nThis role will suit a motivated engineering supervisor or senior engineer who is keen to lead a team in the upkeep of high speed automated machinery.\n
\nRole Description\n
\n* Leading the team in the provision of Planned and reactive maintenance engineering activities across a range of manufacturing machinery.\n
\n* Planning of engineering work to be carried out.\n
\n* Providing skilled 'hands on' mechanical / electrical fault-finding support.\n
\n* Ensuring all engineering records are accurately completed and recorded.\n
\n* Ensure engineers are trained in Health & Safety practices.\n
\n* Contributing to engineering improvement ideas.\n
\nSkills and Qualifications\n
\n* Engineering Team Leading experience.\n
\n* Qualified to Level 3+ in an engineering discipline (Mechanical or Electrical)\n
\n* Ability to lead and manage a team of maintenance engineers.\n
\n* Experience of working within an industrial manufacturing environment.\n
\n* Strong communication skills.\n
