\nOperations Coordinator (Part-Time)
\nAccommodation Cumbria Limited
\nPotential to grow into full time position, promotions/career progression available as the business grows
\nLocation: Applicants should ideally be based anywhere between Barrow-in-Furness and Workington
\nSalary: £15,000 per annum
\nApproximately 20–24 hours per week on a fixed 3-week rolling rota, including just one weekend in every three.

\nAccommodation Cumbria is expanding, and we're looking for three enthusiastic and motivated Operations Coordinators to join our friendly team.
\nWe manage a growing portfolio of high-quality serviced accommodation across Cumbria, providing exceptional stays for contractors, business travellers and holiday makers, while delivering a completely hands-off management service for our landlords.
\nThis is a varied role where no two days are the same. If you enjoy being organised, solving problems, working independently and making a real difference, we'd love to hear from you.
\nAbout the Role
\nAs an Operations Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our properties are maintained to the highest standards while helping us continue to grow our business.
\nYour responsibilities will include:
\nProperty Operations
\n-Ordering and managing property stock, linen and consumables.
\n-Carrying out regular property inspections and quality assurance checks.
\n-Coordinating cleaning teams and managing linen schedules.
\n-Checking completed cleans to ensure every property is guest-ready.
\n-Managing maintenance jobs from initial report through to completion.
\n-Liaising with contractors and sourcing quotations for repairs and improvement works.
\n-Assisting with new property set-ups, furnishing and staging.
\n-Producing guest welcome packs and property instruction manuals.
\nBusiness Development & Sales
\n-Managing and updating online property listings.
\n-Contacting current and prospective guests to encourage repeat and direct bookings.
\n-Identifying new booking opportunities and helping maximise occupancy.
\n-Identifying opportunities to grow our management portfolio.
\n-Carrying out property viewings.
\n-Meeting with prospective landlords to discuss our management services.
\n-Preparing bespoke property management proposals.
\nMarketing
\n-Creating engaging social media content to promote our properties and services.
\nGeneral Operations
\n-Supporting the wider team with day-to-day operational tasks.
\n-Building strong relationships with guests, landlords, contractors and suppliers.
\n-Helping us continually improve our systems, standards and customer experience.
\nAbout You
\nWe're looking for someone who is:
\nHighly organised with excellent attention to detail.
\nA confident communicator who enjoys working with people.
\nProactive and able to work independently using their own initiative.
\nPassionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
\nComfortable using computers, smartphones and social media.
\nA natural problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
\nPositive, reliable and eager to learn.
\nExperience in property management, hospitality, estate agency, customer service, sales or marketing would be an advantage, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.
\nEssential Requirements
\nFull UK driving licence.
\nOwn vehicle.
\nAbility to travel between properties across Cumbria.
\nBased between Barrow-in-Furness and Workington.
\nAble to work a fixed 3-week rolling rota, including one weekend in every three.
\nBusiness mileage will be reimbursed.
