\nSalary: Up to £60,000 (DOE)

\nWe're working with a well-established and highly respected independent financial planning firm that is looking for an Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of its administration and paraplanning teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong operational experience who enjoys leading people, improving processes, and driving high standards across the business.
The Role\nAs Office Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the business by leading the administration and paraplanning functions while working closely with the senior management team.
\nKey responsibilities include:

- Managing and developing the administration and paraplanning teams \n
- Monitoring workloads, performance and service standards \n
- Conducting appraisals, reviews and managing day-to-day HR matters \n
- Overseeing onboarding and offboarding processes \n
- Supporting continuous improvement of systems and procedures \n
- Working alongside senior management to improve operational efficiency \n
- Ensuring service level agreements are consistently achieved \n
- Helping maintain a collaborative and high-performing office culture \n
- Assisting with projects, office management and operational initiatives as required \n

You'll have:

- Previous experience within financial services \n
- Strong leadership and people management skills \n
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities \n
- A proactive approach with the ability to improve processes \n
- Experience managing workloads and maintaining high service standards \n

- Up to £60,000 depending on experience \n
- Predominantly office-based, Monday to Friday \n
- 25 days annual leave, increasing by one day per calendar year \n
- Christmas shutdown \n
- 5% employer and 5% employee salary sacrifice pension \n
- 4x salary Death in Service cover \n
