Finance Business Partner

Butler Rose is working with a values-led, fast-paced organisation seeking a Finance Business Partner to support operational leadership and drive financial performance. This is a key role combining commercial insight, strategic influence, and team leadership. This position offers a blend of financial leadership, operational insight, and transformation, within a collaborative business that values innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

\n
• Act as a trusted partner to senior operational leaders, providing insight to guide decision-making
\n
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modelling to support business strategy
\n
• Deliver clear, forward-looking financial analysis to improve performance and profitability
\n
• Drive cost control and identify efficiency opportunities across operations
\n
• Support transformation initiatives, including systems and process improvements
\n
• Enhance reporting by moving towards insight-led, visual outputs
\n

About You

\n
• Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
\n
• Proven experience in a Finance Business Partnering role
\n
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to turn data into meaningful insight
\n
• Confident influencing and challenging senior stakeholders
\n
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
\n
• Experience in operational environments (e.g. logistics, manufacturing, distribution) advantageous
\n
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving and evolving business
\n
