\nWe are recruiting for an experienced HR Assistant to join a well-established and growing organisation based in Wrexham location. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is looking to develop their career.
\nSupporting the HR Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the HR function. We are looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented and process-driven individual who can take ownership of their responsibilities and deliver a first-class HR support service.

\nKey Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive HR administrative support across the business. \n
- Arrange and coordinate HR meetings with employees and managers, including supporting the preparation of investigation, disciplinary and grievance documentation. \n
- Maintain accurate records relating to sickness, absence, annual leave and other employee data. \n
- Liaise with Occupational Health providers to arrange employee health assessments and maintain associated records. \n
- Ensure all employee records are updated accurately, including contracts of employment, salary changes, maternity records, pensions and benefits. \n
- Support payroll administration by working closely with the Finance team. \n
- Coordinate internal and external training activities for employees and management teams. \n
- Prepare and issue offer letters, contracts of employment and onboarding documentation. \n
- Coordinate new starter inductions and onboarding activities. \n
- Support recruitment activities, including arranging interviews, preparing recruitment documentation and communicating with candidates. \n
- Maintain and update the HR database, ensuring all HR transactional activities are completed accurately and on time. \n
- Process invoices, raise purchase orders and liaise with the Finance department as required. \n
- Manage the HR inbox and absence line, responding to employee queries professionally and efficiently. \n
- Ensure HR files and records remain compliant, accurate and up to date. \n
Requirements
\n- \n
- Previous experience working within a busy HR Administration role. \n
- CIPD Level 3 qualified (essential) with CIPD Level 5 qualification or studies towards Level 5 highly desirable. \n
- Strong understanding of HR administration processes and the employee lifecycle. \n
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail. \n
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively to deadlines. \n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to work with employees at all levels across the organisation. \n
- A proactive and professional approach with the ability to take ownership of tasks and responsibilities. \n
- Comfortable working within a highly transactional, process-driven environment. \n
- Resilient, adaptable and capable of managing a varied workload. \n
- Strong IT and administration skills, including experience using HR systems and Microsoft Office applications. \n
