This role will manage a marketing team and lead on brand and marketing strategies. This role is still a hands-on position and you will be working closely with other senior leaders in the organisation.Role and Responsibilities: \n

• Manage, coach and develop the marketing team
\n
• Create and monitor KPIs across digital channels
\n
• Lead on the email and CRM strategy
\n
• Review insights on digital performance and adopt AI tools to improve processes and engagement
\n
• Create lifecycle journeys
\n
• Work closely with other senior leaders in the organisation to improve processes
\n
• Develop digital strategies
\n

Essential Skills and Experience:\n

\n
• 5+ years in a senior marketing manager/lead position
\n
• Experience managing and developing a marketing team
\n
• Experience working with CMS platforms
\n
• Experience building and maintaining websites with digital agencies
\n
• Great communicator
\n
• Strong attention to detail
\n
