You’ll play a key role in driving new business by engaging warm leads, securing registrations, and bringing campaigns to life — all while developing your sales skills in a supportive environment.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers.

• Provide high-quality, responsive customer service across all forms of communication channels in line with SLA's.
\n
• Managing and updating CRM data accurately and in real time.
\n
• Proactively calling qualified leads and converting them into confirmed registrations.
\n
• Work to daily and weekly contact targets to support the achievement of revenue goals.
\n
• Asking insightful questions to understand motivations, timelines, and suitability.
\n
