Corporate Senior Solicitor A unique opportunity to join this wonderful central London firm and play a significant role in the evolution of the team. Working alongside an established partner you will be responsible for the following:

• Advising on private company M&A
\n
• General corporate/commercial matters e.g. contracts etc
\n
• Experience of acting on behalf of cross border SMEs, fast growth entrepreneurs
\n
• Deal values in the range of £5m - £30m
\n

The successful candidate

\n
• Partner or senior associate on the cusp of partnership
\n
• Proven referral network and/or loyal following
\n
• Ability to train, mentor and develop juniors
\n
• Team player and outward facing
\n
• Enjoys BD and referring work to other practice areas
\n
• Tech savvy
\n
• Would like to lead the team in the mid-long term
\n
