\nThe Role
\nAs a Business Support Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring customers receive a seamless experience from order placement through to delivery and after-sales support.
\nKey Responsibilities

- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and online channels. \n
- Provide order updates and resolve fulfilment issues promptly. \n
- Process online orders and purchase invoices using internal systems. \n
- Monitor stock levels, supplier lead times, and product information. \n
- Manage customer returns, exchanges, and cancellations efficiently. \n
- Support the wider business with administrative tasks as required. \n
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service standards. \n
Skills & Experience
\nEssential
\n- \n
- Previous administrative experience. \n
- Strong customer service background. \n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. \n
- Good numerical ability and attention to detail. \n
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure. \n
- Confidence using IT systems and learning new software. \n
Desirable

- Experience within an e-commerce environment. \n
- Knowledge of online order processing systems or Shopify. \n
