The Role

\n

As a Business Support Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring customers receive a seamless experience from order placement through to delivery and after-sales support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
  • \n
  • Provide order updates and resolve fulfilment issues promptly.
  • \n
  • Process online orders and purchase invoices using internal systems.
  • \n
  • Monitor stock levels, supplier lead times, and product information.
  • \n
  • Manage customer returns, exchanges, and cancellations efficiently.
  • \n
  • Support the wider business with administrative tasks as required.
  • \n
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service standards.
  • \n

Skills & Experience

Essential

  • Previous administrative experience.
  • \n
  • Strong customer service background.
  • \n
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • \n
  • Good numerical ability and attention to detail.
  • \n
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  • \n
  • Confidence using IT systems and learning new software.
  • \n

Desirable

  • Experience within an e-commerce environment.

  • Knowledge of online order processing systems or Shopify.
