Payroll Benefits Advisor

Mapped Recruitment is partnering with a luxury retail brand on their search for a Payroll & Benefits Officer to join their team permanently.

Successful candidates must have worked on a high-volume payroll and ideally have SAP HR/Workday experience - UK Payroll.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting into the Payroll Manager, supporting with a high-volume payroll (1,500 + employees across Head Office and Stores)
\n
• Work with HR to ensure compliant Payroll & HR data
\n
• Set up system (SAP HR) for starters, leavers, amendments, sickness, absence, maternity, paternity, variable cash and hours payments, benefits, etc
\n
• Be the guarantor of SAP HR data quality at all times, ensuring correct information is logged to enable the monthly payroll to be processed on time and error-free, whilst also enabling associated tools to work successfully.
\n
• Monthly reporting to benefit providers.
\n
• Assist with processing payroll to ensure that all staff receive accurate and timely payment on a monthly basis.
\n
• Assist employees with the wealth of information available on our Intranet on Pay, Benefits, Tax, NI, etc.
\n
• Any other duties as required.
\n

Key Requirements:

\n
• A minimum of 3-5 years Payroll experience within a high volume environment
\n
• Exceptional knowledge of UK Payroll legislation
\n
• SAP HR/Workday experience will be highly beneficial
\n

This role is based in Central London (Hybrid working)
