Operations Administrator£28,000 - £32,000 + Benefits and BonusLondon, UKPermanent - Hybrid Working We are seeking a highly organised Operations Administrator to join a growing financial services business. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting daily operations, maintaining compliance standards, and assisting with business processes and projects.What you'll do:\n

- Manage office operations, including meetings, documents, post and suppliers. \n
- Maintain CRM systems and update client records. \n
- Provide administrative support to Directors and the wider team. \n
- Support client onboarding. \n
- Handle incoming queries and provide professional support to clients and colleagues. \n
- Assist with financial administration, including payroll and reporting. \n
- Maintain compliance records. \n
- Support internal and external file reviews and ensure accurate documentation. \n
- Prepare MI reports and maintain accurate business data. \n
- Coordinate board meetings, staff reviews, training and team events. \n
- Manage procurement, suppliers and general office requirements. \n
- Support HR processes, including recruitment, contracts and employee records. \n
- Liaise with third-party providers and external consultants as required. \n
- \n
- Experience in an Operations or Office administration role, ideally within financial services (supporting senior stakeholders or small teams is desirable). \n
- Understanding of compliance processes and regulated environments. \n
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. \n
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. \n
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills. \n
- Strong Excel skills with experience managing data and reports. \n
- Comfortable working with financial data, reconciliations and reporting. \n
- Proactive, reliable and keen to improve processes. \n
