We’re working with a modern, forward-thinking law firm who are looking for an experienced Employment Solicitor to come in and really make the role their own. This is not just a “join and do the work” position, it’s a genuine opportunity to build and shape a department from the ground up, with full support from an ambitious and growing firm. What you’ll be doing\n

• Running and developing the Employment offering within the firm
\n
• Handling a mix of respondent and claimant work
\n
• Building your own pipeline and actively helping to win new work
\n
• Developing client relationships and growing the department over time
\n

What we’re looking for\n

• An established Employment Solicitor (experience level flexible, but confident and capable)
\n
• Someone proactive with a genuine “go out and win work” mindset
\n
• Commercially aware and comfortable working with business clients
\n
• Enthusiastic, driven and keen to progress
\n
• Someone who enjoys autonomy and building something long-term
\n
• A good cultural fit for a social, modern, team-focused firm
