\nWe are a well-established legal firm with a thriving Residential Property department, seeking a skilled and motivated Residential Property Solicitor to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified solicitor with experience in residential conveyancing to develop their career in a supportive and fast-paced environment.
\nDay-to-day of the role:

- Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and leasehold matters. \n
- Liaise directly with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors to ensure smooth and timely completions. \n
- Draft and review contracts, transfer deeds, and other legal documentation. \n
- Conduct title checks, raise and respond to enquiries, and carry out searches. \n
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and procedural requirements. \n
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files using case management systems. \n
Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer with proven experience in residential conveyancing / property. \n
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. \n
- Ability to manage a busy caseload independently. \n
- Excellent communication and client care skills. \n
- Proficiency in using legal software and case management systems. \n
