• PM Shift: 14:00 – 22:00 (£14.44 per hour)

• Night Shift: 22:00 – 06:00 (£15.13 per hour)

We are currently recruiting experienced FLT Counterbalance Drivers to join a leading window manufacturing company based in Wellingborough. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking for ongoing work in a busy warehouse and manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities:\n

\n
• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
\n
• Loading and unloading vehicles
\n
• Moving stock and finished products around the warehouse and production areas
\n
• Packing window products and components ready for dispatch
\n
• Assisting with general warehouse duties
\n
• Manual handling of products and materials
\n
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
\n
• Supporting production and dispatch teams as required
\n

Requirements:\n

\n
• Valid and in-date Counterbalance FLT licence (essential)
\n
• Previous FLT Counterbalance experience
\n
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse/manufacturing environment
\n
• Good attention to detail
\n
• Willingness to undertake warehouse and manual handling duties alongside FLT work
\n
• Reliable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
\n
