- Prepare monthly and quarterly forecasts, reporting requirements and financial updates for senior stakeholders. \n
- Manage the finance function, supporting the wider team and ensuring workloads, priorities and deliverables are effectively managed. \n
- Lead the implementation and ongoing application of BIS systems across the department. \n
- Review and improve processes, including recharge invoicing accuracy across EMEA. \n
- Support budgeting, forecasting, revenue reporting and detailed variance analysis. \n
- Manage VAT, WHT tax applications and support quarterly FEU submissions. \n
- Complete reconciliation and review of final general ledger, cash positions, payroll and journal postings to support project close. \n
- Lead the VIP settlement process, including revenue audits with local promoters and artist teams. \n
- Oversee AR/AP processes, purchase order requirements and expense management. \n
- Work closely with internal teams and key stakeholders across the business to ensure effective communication, collaboration and alignment of financial activities. \n
- Identify risks, recommend solutions and effectively manage stakeholder expectations. \n
- Provide financial guidance and support to ensure successful delivery of events and projects. \n

- Strong knowledge of UK and European VAT, PRS and WHT application (desirable). \n
- Experience using Oracle and BIS systems. \n
- Proven experience supervising or managing team members. \n
- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to build relationships across all levels. \n
- A proactive approach with the ability to identify improvements and deliver solutions. \n
