They are looking for a strong Legal Counsel to support teams such as commercial and supply chain on all in-house legal matters.

Description

Legal Counsel will be responsible for:

\n
• Drafting and preparing range of commercial agreements including NDAs, supply chain agreements, licensing and confidentiality agreements
\n
• Working with cross-functional teams such as supply chain, procurement, commercial, finance
\n
• Providing legal counsel and guidance to internal stakeholders and mitigating legal risk and ensuring compliance with internal governance framework and laws and regulations.
\n

Profile

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

\n
• Qualified Solicitor with in-house experience
\n
• Good academics and ideally experience within similar industry
\n
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills for commercial agreements
\n
• Pragmatic, commercial, and strong communicator
\n

Job Offer

Package includes:

• Salary DOE between £65,000 - £85,000
\n
• Bonus up to 12.5%
\n
