Job Description
Join a well-known, forward-thinking firm in Swindon with a disputes practice recognised for pragmatic advice and successful outcomes. - People-first culture & tools: Collaborative team, modern case management, document automation, and smart templates — so your time goes on tactics, negotiation, and client care. \n
- Shape your niche: Opportunities to focus on property litigation, contentious probate, professional negligence, and shareholder/partnership disputes, depending on your interests. \n
The Role
\nYou will manage and develop a disputes caseload (weighted to your PQE) including:

- Property litigation (commercial & residential L&T, boundary/easements, dilapidations) \n
- Contentious probate and trust disputes \n
- Debt recovery & enforcement strategies \n
- Professional negligence claims \n
- Drafting pleadings, witness statements, applications; CPR-compliant case management and disclosure \n
- Running ADR/mediation, settlement negotiations, and advocacy where appropriate \n
About You
\n- \n
- 1+ year PQE (all levels considered; remit tailored to your experience) \n
- Strong grasp of civil procedure and litigation tactics \n
- Clear, confident communicator who builds client trust \n
- Organised, commercially astute, and solution-focused \n
- Comfortable owning files and collaborating within a close-knit team \n
Package & Benefits
\n- \n
- £45,000 to £65,000 (aligned to PQE, complexity, and BD contribution) \n
- Bonus scheme and hybrid working policy \n
- Funding for specialist training/advocacy and structured progression routes \n
- 25+ days’ holiday (plus BH), enhanced benefits, and regular team events \n
