Marketing Executive

KT & Coe are recruiting a Marketing Executive to join a growing business based in Norwich.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, motivated, and data-driven marketer with at least 1 year's marketing experience and hands-on experience managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) paid advertising campaigns.

You'll play a key role in planning and delivering digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, CRM, email, SMS, and paid advertising. Working closely with the wider marketing team, you'll create engaging content, monitor campaign performance, analyse customer trends, and help drive customer acquisition and engagement.

What we're looking for:

• Minimum 1 year's marketing experience.
\n
• Experience managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) paid advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, budgeting, optimisation, and reporting.
\n
• Experience with social media management across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
\n
• Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office.
\n
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and campaign performance.
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
\n
• A proactive attitude with great organisational skills and attention to detail.
