Assistant Management Accountant – Part Qualified

£35,000 - £40,000 plus Study Contract (ACCA/CIMA)

For part qualified Assistant Management Accountants this role cannot be beaten in terms of opportunity, career development and commerciality. Reporting to the Head of Finance they are looking to hire an Assistant Management Accountant who possesses genuine ambition and have created this role with 3 clear phases of development.

Phase 1.

To build your understanding of the business, how are they operating and how does that feed into your responsibilities at Month End. You will support the full month end schedule, help produce the management accounts pack with commentary, hold responsibility for budget and cash flow management and forecasting.

Phase 2.

Take more work from the Head of Finance, take ownership in implementing new processes that will help the business as it grows at a rapid rate.

Phase 3.

Step up to become a fully fledged Management Accountant

Whilst completing all the above phases you will be supported, encouraged and tasked with completing your professional qualifications (ACCA/CIMA).
