Part Qualified Accountant - 3 month rolling interim contract

Fantastic opportunity to join a facilities management group on a three month rolling contract. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for Capital and Lease Accounting. Three days working from home and 2 days office based in South East London. Duties will include:-

Responsibility of the Part Qualified Accountant Role :-

• Maintain the fixed asset register
\n
• Reconcile fixed assets
\n
• Update lease schedules
\n
• Record right of use assets and liabilities in the general ledger
\n
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations
\n
• Liaise with procurement to track capital spend for cashflow forecasting
\n
• Support month end and year end
\n

Requirements of the Part Qualified Role:-

\n
• Studying towards ACCA or CIMA qualification
\n
• Experienced in capital and lease accounting
\n
• Advanced Excel skills
\n
• Strong ERP systems exposure
\n
• First rate communication skills
\n
