\n\nYour Role: Key Responsibilities
\n\nWhile initially focused on Paraplanning, you will progressively take on more client-facing responsibilities, including:
\nWriting suitability reports and financial planning documents
\nConducting research and calculations to support client recommendations
\nEnsuring all documentation is compliant and technically accurate
\nLiaising with providers to obtain illustrations, valuations, and policy details
\nSubmitting new business efficiently and within agreed timescales
\nSupporting colleagues and contributing to team learning and development
\nFollowing structured workflows and a CPD/T&C programme aligned with FCA expectations
\nEmbodying Consumer Duty principles in all aspects of your work
\nBy the end of your training journey, you’ll be positioned to advise clients independently, delivering holistic, values-driven financial planning that truly changes lives.
\n\nWhat We’re Looking For
\nLevel 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (completed or near completion)
\nExperience in a Paraplanning role
\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills
\nStrong attention to detail and organisation
\nA client-first mindset and a genuine desire to make a difference
