\nAre you an experienced Geoenvironmental Consultant looking to take the next step into a leadership position with a respected specialised environmental consultancy?
\nWe are seeking an Associate Geoenvironmental Consultant to join a growing Exeter office. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in developing the geoenvironmental team, managing a diverse portfolio of projects, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to business development within a collaborative and supportive environment.
\nYou'll work on a variety of exciting projects across residential, commercial, infrastructure and regeneration sectors, providing technical expertise from initial site investigation through to remediation and project delivery.
\nThe Role

- Lead and manage geoenvironmental projects from inception to completion. \n
- Oversee Phase 1 Desk Studies, Phase 2 Ground Investigations and Contaminated Land Risk Assessments. \n
- Design and supervise site investigations and remediation strategies. \n
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior consultants. \n
- Build and maintain strong client relationships. \n
- Prepare fee proposals and support business development activities. \n
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high technical standard. \n
- Work closely with geotechnical, engineering and environmental teams on multidisciplinary projects. \n
Requirements
\n- \n
- Degree in Geology, Environmental Science, Earth Sciences or a related discipline. \n
- Extensive experience within geoenvironmental or contaminated land consultancy. \n
- Strong knowledge of contaminated land legislation and risk assessment. \n
- Experience managing projects and leading teams. \n
- Excellent report writing and communication skills. \n
- Full UK driving licence. \n
