Ownership of the finance function for multiple entities whilst leading a small finance team and driving financial control, reporting and compliance activities.

We are recruiting a Finance Manager on behalf of a highly successful international organisation operating across multiple markets worldwide.

Description

Reporting to a European Finance Director, you will lead a small team and take responsibility for finance operations including:

• Leading month-end and year-end reporting activities.
\n
• Managing and developing a team of finance professionals.
\n
• Producing management accounts and financial analysis.
\n
• Overseeing payroll, tax and statutory compliance requirements.
\n
• Supporting audits and ensuring robust financial controls.
\n
• Working closely with senior stakeholders across Europe.
\n
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies.
\n

Profile

\n
• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification.
\n
• Strong financial accounting and reporting experience.
\n
• Previous team management experience.
\n
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
\n
• Experience working within a complex or international business environment.
\n
• A proactive and hands-on approach.
\n
• Ability to work in a matrix environment
\n
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
\n
• Experience with ERP systems and finance tools.
\n
• Experience with SOX is a strong advantage
\n

Job Offer

• Initially a fixed-term contract for 6 months (Potential for a long-term opportunity)

• Hybrid working arrangement. 2 days on site
\n
• Competitive salary of circa £60,000- £69,000.
