The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering audit and accounts services while developing their technical skills and progressing their career.Key responsibilities of the Audit & Accounts Senior/ Semi-Senior:\n

• Preparing statutory accounts for a portfolio of clients.
\n
• Supporting and leading audit assignments from planning through to completion.
\n
• Carrying out audit testing and preparing clear working papers.
\n
• Assisting with the preparation of management accounts and financial statements.
\n
• Reviewing bookkeeping records and resolving queries.
\n
• Preparing corporation tax computations where required.
\n
• Liaising directly with clients and providing a high level of service.
\n
• Supporting junior team members and sharing technical knowledge.
\n

The successful Audit & Accounts Senior/ Semi-Senior will have:\n

\n
• Previous experience within an accountancy practice environment.
\n
• Experience working on audit and accounts assignments.
\n
• Strong understanding of UK accounting standards and statutory reporting requirements.
\n
• ACA/ACCA qualification or actively studying towards qualification (or qualified by experience).
\n
