Production Operative

Our client, based in Morpeth, make, sell and distribute some of the world's best loved non-alcoholic, ready-made beverages to over 300million customers across 13 countries.

We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our manufacturing team. This role involves working in a fast paced production environment where attention to detail, safety, and teamwork are essential.

Job title: Production Operative

Job type: Temporary - Ongoing

Location: Morpeth

Pay rate: £14.54/hour

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm

Sunday to Thursday 10pm - 6am

(Rotating days and nights, must be flexible with the shifts)

Responsibilities:

\n
• Operate machinery and equipment according to our safety and quality standards
\n
• Monitor production output and report any faults or anomalies
\n
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work area
\n
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to all health and safety regulations
\n
• Work collaboratively with team to help achieve targets
\n
• Follow all quality requirements as required escalating any non-conformances
\n

All aspects described will be trained and qualified.

Requirements:

\n
• Previous experience in manufacturing / production environment preferred
\n
• Must have own transport due to shift patterns
\n
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
\n
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
\n
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
\n
• Willingness to work flexible hours
\n
• Good understanding of health and safety practices in a manufacturing environment
\n
